Once upon a time, Ranjit came up with a magical horse rp idea. Bef agreed to help because Ran's idea pwned, and the process of creating an infinitely godly rpg is now underwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay... Dun dun dun. The plot summary will actually go here. Either that or some little snippet of cool shit that'll make people want to join TRV, which will indeed own, whether you like it or not.
[1.24.09]: Wow, so we got a new member today. And a good friend of mine, Bf's, Reta's, and Lightwing's joined a few days ago. Welcome, both fo you guys. Advertising is going to start tonight, so when Bef posts the advert pic, start slinging it at sites. TRV is open for role playing to any and all! -Ran
[in character news will be posted when things actually happen LAWL]
Year OneSpringWith spring comes the rising of the River. Ven now swells on his banks, threatening to overflow and yet never doing so. The birds chirp in the trees and the grasses grow tall and sway in the breeze. Leaves have started to show on the Ashre Tree on the Azrael side of the River. Now is the time for foals to be born and made. Rain falls from the sky daily and the snow melts to feed the River even more. A fine begining to a new year.
A Stone's Etchings As you walk in past the high gates of this new territory, a large, rough stone greets you with words of wisdom and valuable directions. These are the rules, which must be followed in order to stay here at TRV. Please read them before continuing on to anywhere else on the site. Moderators: Ran, Befera
You're Obnoxious Beyond the tall stone lies a grassy field where various talk and chatter are heard fluttering in the air. This is the chat/talk area of TRV's OOC section. You can play posting games, introduce yourself, or just talk with other members here. Moderators: Ran, Befera
Painted Cavern As you wander into this small cave, drawings and words watch you from the walls. This is the art section of TRV's OOC area, where you can post your own art, including photos, drawings, stories, poetry, etc. Moderators: Ran, Befera

Allied Ground In a quiet meadow, small contracts of alliance are carved into flat rocks scattered about in the grass. This is the advertising and affiliating area of TRV. There is a list of rules inside for affiliating, so please read those if you are interested in affiliation with TRV. Moderators: Ran, Befera
Becoming Equine (2 sub-boards) After reading the rules of TRV, this is where you will go to make your character or characters before role playing. There is a form for you to use located inside. Please wait for a staff member to move your post to the "Accepted" sub-board before posting in the IC boards. Moderators: Ran, Befera
Hierarchy This is where the number of characters created on TRV, which herd they're in, what rank each character holds in their herd, and which characters have died are recorded and frequently updated by staff. Anyone can look at these at any time, but they are only editable by the Creators and their Minions. Moderators: Ran, Befera
Cambrial Plain (1 sub-board) Smooth and--for the most part--flat, Cambrial is the main residence of the Candra herd. Speckled with a few rocks and a handful of trees atop the occasional low hill, the plain is the horses' home. The grass is green here, not too long but definitely not short, and is tender enough for premium grazing. Young foals and mighty stallions alike share this land, frolicking together in peace. Moderators: Ran, Befera, Raine
Mount Illira (1 sub-board) Covered in dense foliage, Illira is taller and more gentle than its sister, Eirhasc. Though the lush forest that covers the mountain side makes passage up this peak slow, though not particularly difficult, Illira is a pleasant place to waste time. There is continual shade beneath the canopy of the green trees and because of this it is rarely too warm for comfort. Many streams run down this mountain and feed into the river Ven, all of them clear and untainted. Close the top of the mountain there is a meadow from which one can easily look upon all of the Candra lands without being seen by those below... if you plan on walking the entire day to reach it. Mount Eirhasc (1 sub-board) Sister to Illira, Mount Eirhasc is the harsher of the two. Unlike her twin, Eirhasc's sides are next to bare. She is a broad mountain with many caves and deep crevasses. It is a dangerous mountain and not a place for the young or foolish. Nevertheless, Eirhasc is a fortress of sorts. The deep network of caves within the sharp mountain provides shelter for the Candra herd in times of need. The river Ven runs right through this mountain, and it is uncertain whether Eirhasc's many underground streams are to be trusted or not. Moderators: Ran, Befera, Raine

The Eastern Riverbank (1 sub-board) The ground that leads to the poisoned river from the Candra herd lands. Steep and difficult in places, the bank is structured of sand and clay. The sides are often almost vertical with a slight overhang at the top, following the carved path of the rushing waters. Nothing grows on the banks but the disappearance of the vegetation is gradual as you get nearer the river and it looks natural enough that an unsuspecting creature would think nothing of the lack of life. Though most of the bank is steep because of the force of the river, there is a wide depression that leads gently downward, allowing the water to lap softly against the bank. This easy slope is said to be where Ven himself took his last fatal drink. Moderators: Ran, Befera, Raine

Blakan Plain (1 sub-board) Tall gentle grasses wave and move with the wind here in this wide space of flat land. Rocks rise out of the sod like mountains trying to form in every few feet, creating winding trails through out the expansive plain. There are few trees in Blakan, which is named for one of the stallions who drank the water with Ven. It is said that his body is buried, somewhere in Blakan Plain. The small copse of trees provides shade for the souls of the Iminka. Moderators: Ran, Befera, Raine

Mount Minar (1 sub-board) Named for the youngest of the three stallions, Minar is probably the tallest mountain in the entire land. He rises up almost two miles into the cold air. His top is always coated in snow and sometimes in summer this snow washes down into the River Ven. Many horses now believe that it is the snow that caused Ven to be tainted. The sides of Minar are steep and no living horse would dare climb them for fear of falling to their death. This is where the deceased are sent after they die from drinking the river. It is here that they enter their new home. Moderators: Ran, Befera, Raine
Mount Kraw (1 sub-board) Mount Kraw is much smaller than his twin, Minar. He is named for the stallion who discovered a way to kill the deceased horses. Kraw is a short, squat mountain, with easy access to its peak. It is over this little mount that the living stallions, armed with the power to murder the dead, came on a killing spree. No deceased horse ever comes to this mountain, not even if they are venturing to the Candra herd; many of the refuse to even look at it, hating it for the part it played in their past. The Western Riverbank (1 sub-board) Like its twin bank on the other side of the River Ven, the western bank is steep and nigh unaccessable. But unlike on the eastern side, the grasses grow high on the bank here. No one is sure why, but some think it is because the horses of the deceased do not pace the banks. Or maybe it is part of the river's magic, giving life to the dead. There are no soft parts to the bank here; the steep sides go the entire lenght of the river. The horses of the Azrael can often be seen watching the other side of the river, hate in their eyes, planning their next move. Moderators: Ran, Befera, Raine
